Burnley mechanic over cannabis limit in car

A mechanic, said to be giggling in the driver’s seat of a parked car, was more than three times the cannabis limit when spoken to by police, a court heard.

Adam Windle had been found slouching in his seat by two PCSOs who had come across the vehicle and who described him as “under the influence.”

Windle, who had two passengers, was discovered on Rowley Lane, Burnley, at about 8-45pm, last September 11th.
